About us
"Az-Kom Servis" Limited Liability Company was registered by the Department of State Registration of Commercial Legal Entities of the Baku City Taxes Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 31.05.2011 under the number 1302508161 (TIN). The purpose of the establishment of the enterprise is to trade in petroleum products and implement the disposal of toxic industrial waste in the country that meets modern standards and is based on advanced technologies.
In 2011, the enterprise, in cooperation with the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan, carried out the cleaning and transportation of the oil sludge accumulated in workshop No. 9 of the Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev with high quality and in a short period of time. In 2012, it began to work together with the "Ekol" Company in the implementation of environmental cleaning works, and for more than 150 years, it has been operating for more than 150 years, and it has been operating for more than 50 hectares of the factories that gave the city the name Black City, 4 warehouses belonging to the Nobel brothers with a volume of 85,000 m3, in the tank park in Erzurum settlement. by completing the cleaning of the ponds, these areas were brought to an ecologically suitable state, which created favorable conditions for the construction of the "White City".
In 2016-2017, the cleaning of lakes polluted with waste oil products in the territory of Heydar Aliyev International Airport was successfully carried out.
The enterprise carries out its activity on the basis of the Special License dated August 21, 2019, registration number EL-526/2019, presented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The type of activity allowed to the enterprise under the license - Disposal of toxic industrial waste.
Productive capacity
Due to the processing plant installed by the enterprise in the production program, it has the capacity to process 60 liters of waste oil per day. The enterprise envisages the implementation of the production process for 30 working days in a month consisting of 1 shift. Thus, the amount of nominally processed product during the year is 21900 tons. As a result, it is possible to produce the following quantities of products
SN 150 base oil - 3,285 t/year
SN 350 base oil - 4,928 t/year
SN 500 base oil - 8,213 t/year
Bitumen - 2 847 t/year
Diesel -1 478 t/year
Production safety and environmental issues
"Az-Kom Servis" - carries out production in the production facility paying special attention to safety measures in accordance with the environmental aspects and relevant safety standards. Thus, while organizing working conditions during operation, the enterprise implements the production process in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO - 9001 - 2000 management management, ISO -14001 - 2004 environmental management, OHAS -18000 labor safety and industrial safety management standards.

Azerbaijan has its own standards for cleaning contaminated areas
The Absheron Peninsula is an oil-producing region with a history of nearly 200 years. Over time, the lack of advanced oil extraction technology and the non-observance of even the simplest requirements of environmental protection have led to the creation of working land areas on the peninsula contaminated with oil and oil products. During the exploitation of oil fields, the soil's fertile layer has been subjected to degradation. As a result of this, it is observed that the soil surface is mechanically damaged, and fertile land areas are deprived of vegetation. These lands are polluted with oily wastes both horizontally and in depth to varying degrees.
Reclamation technology of oil-contaminated lands
At present, there is no standard model of oil-contaminated soil reclamation technology in the countries of the world. The reason for this is, first of all, the regions where oil and gas are extracted are located in different physical and geographical zones. The choice of a specific method depends on the level of pollution, oil composition, duration of pollution, physical-chemical and water-physical properties of the soil, landscape and climatic conditions, etc. it depends.
In areas contaminated with more than 5-10% oil, before substantial reclamation measures are implemented, work related to the removal of residual oil products from the area should be performed. Experience shows that in this way it is possible to separate 1-2 tons of oil from each hectare of soil with a degree of pollution of 10-20%. Oil is removed from the soil layer with the help of intensive biotechnological methods.
Methods of reclamation of oil-contaminated areas
In modern times, the following methods are being used to rehabilitate soils contaminated with oil and oil products
Mechanical
Biological
Chemical
Biotechnological
Mechanical reclamation.
In this method, the soil layer contaminated with oil is removed from the site and transported to the washing plant.
Glass filters, hydrocyclones, steam equipment, pumps, conveyors are used for soil washing in the workshop.
Biological reclamation
When oil contamination in the soil exceeds 5-7%, it is recommended to carry out biological reclamation measures in the field after mechanical reclamation works. This method can be used independently (phytomelioration) in the health of the soil layer at low pollution levels, together with other recultivation methods.
Chemical reclamation
Chemical recultivation of oil-contaminated soils includes works related to the application of highly active absorbents, lime, sodium sulfate, iron oxide, organic and mineral fertilizers, and gypsum to the soil. In this way, the effectiveness of measures to clean the soil layer from oil depends very much on the reaction characteristics of reagents and ecotoxicants.
Biotechnological reclamation.
This method involves the use of microorganisms capable of breaking down pollutants in the soil.
As it is known, the biological process of self-purification as a result of the biological process that normally takes place in the polluted soil or water environment is based on the ability of microorganisms present in the environment to break down pollutants.
